Rodney,You are absolutely correct. It can be difficult to hear feedback on yourself. It is so critical that the receiver is able to fairly assess themselves in order to hear what the reviewer is saying. I think many times, the reviewee focuses more on defending themselves then listening.
About a year ago I went to a McDonalds for a breakfast muffin on the way to the office. I then had a business meeting at 1pm so decided to grab a meal and eat it in the car before heading to the meeting. A few weeks later I received a parking penalty claiming I was sat in the car park from 8am through to about 12.30pm. Shocking. Luckily I mentioned this to a colleague who had seen one of the WatchDog shows and told me not to pay. Had a bunch of letters then nothing.

But after reading she almost killed people though her treatments & abuses her workers i am pulling out my my deal with her. If she has no problem doing what she has done to clients & workers what is she going to do you me? Thank you for saving me!!! Peace Scott
