Amen Sister c.I. hanson!!! In additon to that, I would like to add the fact that making gay marriage legal would be a tremendous boost to the economy. Think of the additional ceremonies, cakes, jewelry, flowers, party favors, honeymoons, etc. Then when/if it doesn't work out, lawyers will have more clients. Plus, employees should be able to add their committed partners onto their health insurance if they wish.

I noticed how idiots like CNN ask about stupid AIG bullshit, while Kevin Chappelle from Ebony magazine asks a real question. The first black guy to ask a question, and he asks about? the increasing amount of homeless children in America. Probably the most overlooked and the most important problem happening today because of the Bush Recession. While everyone else is worrying about themselves and their stock portfolio, Ebony magazine is worried about the kids going hungry. Screw CNN
I have wondered for a long time whether Greenspan was still a raging Randbot and that his mission has been to destroy the fiat system by stealth so as to make a return to the gold standard necessary, or at least highly desirable under the circumstances he created.Yes, this is tinfoil hat conspiracy theory territory, and therefore very likely not correct, but I'll be darned if it doesn't fit the facts.
I believe Craig W (sorry if misremembering) mentioned something about teams re-signing NBA players at 35 and the CBA limitations of their deals. I don’t have time to look up what was inferred but I detected a sure hint of menace.
