Ragazze, ho fatto la dieta Dukan l’anno scorso perdendo 16Kg in 4 mesi. Per cui continuate perchè i risultati sono fantastici. Ora la rifarò solo per due/tre settimane per ripristinare il mio corpo perchè mi sento un po’ gonfia. Da allora non ho ripreso peso, anzi è stato abbastanza faticoso riprendere l’alimentazione normale. Queste ricette sono fenomenali: l’anno scorso, purtroppo, sul web ce n’erano pochissime e molto indaginose nella preparazione. Credo che ne farò sicuramente qualcuna! Grazie.

Its still surprises me, just how some people are not aware about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), despite the fact that lots of people get good result because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight by using it without starving myself.
