It seems as though ISTOP will be a tremendous asset for NYS and a step in the right direction, especially closing the loophole with hydrocodone prescriptions. This should prove to be a model program. I presume that the weakest chain link will be inflow of schedule drugs from contiguous states and federal institutions such as military and VA Hospitals. Looking ahead, if NYS lawmakers can work to tighten up the weak links with bordering states and the feds, I suspect our state will take the lead in reigning in some of the diversion.

You are living my life!!! LOL!! We do this… but the “I’m tired” thing usually just results in us popping in a dvd instead of some dumb sitcom we’ve seen a million times!! HAHAHA!!
