Not only will that drive direct traffic to their website, but they’ll get all the SEO learnings from it as well.

I don’t think mine is training burnout – I think it is lack of motivation as I haven’t entered another race and so really don’t have a specific goal in mind. I am hoping that when I get my orthotics later this week I will become more motivated to run to try them out and see how they help my knees.Have a great week and take care !Me
