It’s like she thinks she has a bone buried there. Funny. I’m amazed, first at how long she keeps going, and 2nd that she doesns’t snag the bedspread with her claws. As I was watching I had a deja vu feeling that maybe one of our dogs used to do that, but can’t remember for sure. Anyway, she is a doll baby no matter what she does.

I have no time for the organs of the RC church but I think this cheap demagoguery by Enda Kenny will eventually be seen for what it is. He simply decided, in a cynical way, to ride the zeitgeist. It feels, in a way I suppose, like a symbolic act of casting away the chains and weight the church's influence seems to have represented to many. Much of what it contained was overdue and years coming- unfortunately much of it was tawdry verbal trickery and dishonest attack. You've done the country a service putting this article together- you should pitch it at a newspaper imo.

Thank you!!! I've been using a glaze for my origami for years that's ok, but not great. I'm totally going to try this one because I don't like the brush strokes I get with the other kind. So helpful!

Great article, thank you again for writing.

The history of Anatolia is the region swinging between being primarily oriented toward the Near East and being oriented toward the Mediterranean and Europe. The Hittite/Persian period was followed by 1500 years of Hellenism, then 800 years of Turkism/Islamism. Anything that helps cement this ancient and important region's ancient and deep ties to Europe is a good thing, IMO.

You've really helped me understand the issues. Thanks.
