Or that $500k house falling to $325k.What if that 750K house really should have just bubbled up to say 650k, and this was a more normal real estate bubble like we had in the late 80′s,but because of sub-prime no money down and all the rest, this bubble became turbo charged.Could we not reasonably just immediately skim off the top that last 10 or 15% increase before the bubble burst,and than go from there?

Sono un giornalista professionista da tanti anni, edito un sito 'antibufala giornalistica' (www.malainformazione.it) e, dato che ho visto apparire questo vecchio annuncio del presunto 'Ispettorato', ho fatto una verifica qui da Attivissimo.Vedo che non soltanto Attivissimo è molto bravo e rigoroso, ma anche tanti suoi utenti.Sapete che penso? Che questa è diventata anche una buona scuola di giornalismo.:-)
The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
This place just isn't the same since the departure of Roberta & Camila (when it changed from from Roca to Rocca). The pizzas were excellent and the tortellini was to die for. At one time it also boasted the most friendly and helpful waitress in town too (Sofia, if I remember correctly).
