Hi Banu,Ik vind het juist lekker als een pannenkoek een beetje een krokant korstje heeft. Deze dikke pannenkoekjes blijven van binnen zacht en wolkig, maar de buitenkant wordt krokant (kartonnerig is niet de bedoeling :-)Dat kun je voorkomen door ze in ruim boter / margarine te bakken, dan krijg je een smeuïger soort pannenkoek.
