It starts as a small seed that can sprout in the regular rows of a field. It grows wildly, not respecting the human-created furrows. The birds come and scatter the seeds, causing the bushes to multiply even more. In this interpretation, the Kingdom of God is not tame, it does not necessarily respect human boundaries, and it is growing all the time.

Why would Jesus cure a load of Lepers in his lifeltime, but God does fuck all for Cancer sufferers these days. If there is a God, he retired when his son died.What about the millions of Christians over the millennia that have served and worked to cure lepers in leper colonies? How about George travelling abroad to find out what is going on in the fight to eradicate leprosy?Then we might listen to George.
