how to rebuild stomach muscles after hernia operation?Hi had an operation 2 weeks ago, just above my belly button, to repair a hernia, I now am in less pain I’d like to start gradually strengthen my abdominal muscles back to normal. what are some Ultra mild exercises I can gradually increase?I’m not being offered a NHS physiotherapist (as if!) is there one that can give me advice?cheers.
