I would like to know with whom I can talk about the policies and practices of HNE and Beacon that seem to be having a more negative effect on the Black community.As an Afro-American Psychotherapist and have been in private practice for more than 15 years. We, as tax payers, should not be financing statewide racism or incompetence. Members and providers should be able to provide some assessment of or feedback for the promises made and the services provided by companies operating on tax supported programs. The problem is major.
