Hi Joe, common fillings here are smoked fish in a white sauce, mushrooms, savoury mince (ground beef), for hot appetisers, or curried egg with paprika, basil pesto with pine nuts, asparagus with chopped ham for salad type appettisersI think the field is open for whatever filling you like, jelly with whipped cream, custard and almonds, ok, now I’m rambling.Have fun

Having read all the votes and nominations I would like to add my vote and it goes to Angel Children, well deserved cause in my eyes a cause that everyone of us will need at some point, well done the people at angel children you deserve the best.

And I totally agree about horse owners preparing horses for the rigors of horse shoeing/trimming. This, I think, starts early on with proper hoof handling. I remember picking up foals hooves at an early age and brushing them and banging them with the hoof to get them used to future farrier work.Thanks Nanette.~LauraLaura recently posted..
