good read and informative. i like using them to get to the bottom of the lakes I’m fishing right along the edge of the vegetation. Sometimes a little panfish will grab it and then a hungry largemouth or pickerel grabs the lil pan…when the trout are hitting, the heavy bead allows you to explore the water columns quickly. Very useful.

pictures are always a filter. cell phone cameras (iPhones included) have crappy sensors and awful pinhole lenses. might as well give the pictures some warm faux-analog distortion, to mask the absolutely awful real digital artifacts.

Wanted to drop a remark and let you know your Rss feed is not working today. I tried adding it to my Bing reader account and got nothing.

Tech Review: Lexmark OfficeEdge Pro5500 Multifunction Inkjet Printer If you expect to command $400 for an inkjet printer, then you’d better deliver the goods – and Lexmark does with its top-of-the-line Offi…

Ps. -- on coyotes...Remember KLZU, Tam?I was taught that night landings always bear a low pass and then around again for the full-stop, in order to clear the buggers off the runway.

Italy has a very similar babies-in-full-time-"school" situation, although they're not all free. I think it's sad. I think you're right to want at least some of that time with Stella for yourself. I know you've received minimal information from the CLO, but have you talked to other expats there with kids the same age? Certainly we can't be the only two people in the world who think full time is a bit excessive for such small children. I hope for both of your sakes there is a Door #3 you haven't discovered yet.

Actually, given the state of communications in the 21st Century, it really doesn’t matter where Christie or Obama are, as long as there’s a network connection available. Additionally, neither does any of the heavy lifting, that’s done by the “troops” on the ground, and their line managers. This is much ado about nothing.P.S. It would have been difficult to “immediately return,” given the status of the area’s airports – CLOSED.
