I was happy to see this recipe. I made some lavender shortbread cookies recently that weren’t bad ( with all that butter and sugar, how could they be?), but I couldn’t taste the lavender. .I’m trying to read outside my current habits as well, but mostly it’s resulted in new stacks of books I haven’t quite read yet. Which is a shame because the more varied the input, the more varied the output. Sort of like GIGO, but positive.

Hmmm…a protein shake to lose weight? Protein will help you gain muscle mass…and muscle weighs more than fat…is it weight you wanna lose or inches? With protein shakes, it’s possible to lose inches but gain a little weight.
I think “informatino†should be the unit of correlation that does not transmit any information FTL. By analogy to the neutrino, which carries spin but no charge or mass. Are you predicting that someday we will discover that the informatino indeed does have mass and there for can be used to transmit information FTL?

I have been told that drinking Coke helps with MSG headaches. I don't get such headaches, so I can't vouch for it!And careful using teeth when breaking crab shells; my dad just cracked a tooth a few weeks ago doing the same thing.And I just noticed I got linked on your blog. Whoa. Thanks!
