I did group therapy - once. I thought it was a total waste of time. Admittedly, it was a service provided by the county. Half my fellow patients were wife-beating scumbags trying to avoid jail or on probation. A couple of them didn't even speak English. Not people I wanted to share my most troubling emotions with.CBT is more useful, but still probably not for everyone.

But... what do I know I've only been watching the bad guys develop techniques for 14 years. Oj oj oj så fin den blev! Hur stor blev den?Silvercross är en gammal kyrka, men drivs numer som kombinerat vandrarhem/katolskt kapell/galleri(med fantastisk glaskonst) och sommarcafé, det är nog toppen. En liten bit ifrån tågstation, men det är gångavstånd till allt i Arvidsjaur. Annars är ni välkomna att bo hos oss! Om ni vill viker jag fredag/lördag och guidar er i Arvidsjaur med omnejd.
